Global Team Collaborative is a not-for-profit organization. The Global Team Collaborative website (the “Website”) and the services offered at the Website are owned and operated by Global Team Collaborative. This Terms of Use Agreement (the “Terms”) sets out the terms and conditions under which Global Team Collaborative provides resources, including but not limited to a directory, support documents, and team updates for members, as well as webinars and information about events for members and non-members. Membership includes team, individual, and student membership and are renewed annually. In these Terms “you” or “Member” refers to any person who accesses the website for content, including access to webinars and materials through purchase of a webinar session(s) or an annual membership.
Please read the Terms carefully before proceeding further. Your use of the Global Team Collaborative website constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions of use. By accessing the Global Team Collaborative website, you are agreeing to be bound by these website terms of use, all applicable laws and regulations and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of the terms outlined, do not use this website.

Global team collaborative does not warrant that:

(ii) the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the services will be accurate, up to date or reliable
If users (you) are dissatisfied with any services, with the operation of the website or with any of these terms, the exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the website
Users (you) expressly acknowledge that although global team collaborative uses commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the protection of subscriber data, global team collaborative does not provide or guarantee absolute security.
